I named my business Daisy Chain Yoga as I have a personal passion for daisies. This is part of my Wedding Day memories which is fast approaching 20 years with a special person called Les.
Daisies symbolise many things but one that stood out for me is that it’s a new beginning and my journey with my husband was a new beginning.
I have been a self employed carer in the community for about 16 years which I still do today and I am now very excited to embrace my new found love of yoga, a totally unexpected change from the normal energetic life I usually lead with running, aerobics and abseiling for charity just some examples.
